Restrict immigration from Europe as well as the rest of the world.
Why the contribution is important
The culture of the UK is changing from how we would like to lead our lives to how other people from countries around the world want to impose their culture, values and beliefs. Blair imposed mass immigration to change the face of Britain and to change the political class so Labour could stay in power. They did not have the mandate to do this. We now face a nanny state where political correctness has gone potty and if anyone challenges these enforced measures they get labelled a bigot, racist and any other horrible term because they do not agree or because they want England to retain its culture and values that made people want to come here in the first place. Change welfare benefits for all immigrnats so that it is not the determining factor why they want to live here. All imigrants should be self sufficient or contribute in taxes for a period of time before they can claim anything from the state. This would help our public sevices cope withthe demand. Scrap public services from providing information in a variety of languages (waste of money and no incentive to speak English), it is incumbent on the immigrant to communicate in English. Schools cannot cope with the amount of children who speak different languages and it is holding back our children's education.
The same with gypsies. If this is a life style they choose, fine. Contribute to the tax pot or do not expect use of public services. Why should taxpayers provide taxis for their children to attend schools etc. Ridiculous.

This country is no longer Great Britain. Great Britain is, must, and should still be all about:
1. The Darling Buds of May.
2. Shakespeare.
3. Seagulls at dawn on the coast.
4. Saying hello to strangers with a smile - to see one happily returned.
5. Going out at night able to leave your front door open and know that your belongings/property will be untouched.
6. Going to the beach come rain or shine - and enjoying it.
7. Good old fashioned dating & romance.
8. Misbehaving immigrants being immediately deported, whether they have a passport or not.
9. Walking in the woods without fear of freaks lunging at you with a knife or hammer etc etc etc.
10. Being able to say exactly what we think of foreigners who refuse to integrate, without fear of reprisals etc.
11. Reminding ourselves that this is a CHRISTIAN country. Not Muslim or Hindu or Jewish etc.
12. British NATIVES should come before anyone else. Period.
13. Laws apply to everyone, all the time.
14. New immigrants MUST be able to speak English, provide an income, not get state handouts until they have at LEAST contributed SOMETHING to society, BEHAVE impeccably. They should unequivocally respect us, our laws, traditions, culture, history, customs and must not insult those or ourselves; doing so should be immediate deportation. Let us have everything Christmas back as it was. If others dislike it, TOUGH! It's OUR tradition, (though originally came from Germany if I recall correctly).
15. Not wear religious dress, Christians don't, so why should they? The most a Christian might wear is jewellery representing their faith; that'd be fine for all who wish to wear adornments of some kind whether Christian or not.
16. Immigrants who enter this country and get caught de-frauding us MUST be made to pay back all that they have stolen, including funds, property and anything else they have gained as a result of their illegal activity. How DARE they bite the hands that fed them!
17. To finish, this country should come FIRST. Laws, rights, housing, education, welfare, design, jobs etc - WE were here first, WE should come first, above all and everyone else. Anyone else is lucky to be here, they should respect us, no ifs, no buts.
Lastly; we should LEAVE THE EU!

Stop The Ethnocide You Know It Is Taking Place! Forcing the indigenous out of areas is ethnocide, displacing the indigenous population is a Stalanist trick and is against the Geneva Convention, example because mosques are allowed to use speakers to call for prayers. This is A Christian Country make it so again. Ban The Burka. Leave The EU. Clashes of Culture music, cooking smells, religious beliefs all add up to a foreign culture being forced on the indigenous people this is wrong both legally and morally. Stop all immigration and let us have a vote on leaving the EU.

I certainly disagree with this. Immigration controls are a disaster and they ought to be scrapped entirely.
I won't address the many of the anti-immigration points made above, because they are silly and hysterical, but I did find something interesting and illuminating in the comment by @kandrews. There seems to be a confusion between immigration and multiculturalism. The way I see it, if you believe in British values it does not follow at all that you should view newcomers with suspicion and contempt - on the contrary, I would say.
One can disagree with the policies of multiculturalism and also support free movement of people across borders. This is my position. A crucial point is that, if there is anyone trying to attack or suppress the tradition of Christmas, it is not _immigrants_ who are doing it or demanding it. The problems are with recent official policy, especially its endless insistance that people define themselves by their background and ethnicity.
